1. आवश्यकताओं का विश्लेषण

इंजीनियर application, देश, frequency band, PCB आकार, power supply, battery, sensors, positioning accuracy, reporting interval, environmental protection, server और certification requirements का विश्लेषण करते हैं।

2. सिस्टम आर्किटेक्चर

बोर्ड में शामिल हो सकते हैं:

• LoRa/LoRaWAN transceiver;
• GPS, BDS, GLONASS या Galileo;
• Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4G, LTE-M या NB-IoT;

3. Schematic और PCB डिजाइन

Jinshengchang power management, charging, battery protection, sensor interfaces, RF circuit, ESD protection और production test points डिजाइन करता है।

PCB layout में RF impedance, ground plane, digital और radio circuit separation, GNSS/LoRa interference, antenna clearance और DFM आवश्यकताओं पर ध्यान दिया जाता है।

4. RF और एंटीना

PCB, FPC, spring, ceramic, IPEX और SMA antenna उपलब्ध हैं। Tuning frequency, enclosure, battery position और installation environment के अनुसार की जाती है।

6. Prototype और testing

PCB बनने के बाद SMT assembly, programming, sleep-current measurement और RF, GNSS, sensor, charging तथा platform tests किए जाते हैं। Temperature, waterproofing, vibration, drop और long-term operation testing भी उपलब्ध है।

7. Enclosure और production

Jinshengchang plastic या metal enclosure, mold, waterproof structure, mounting accessories, logo, label और packaging विकसित कर सकता है। Pilot batch के बाद ISO 9001 quality system के अनुसार mass production किया जाता है।
